The U14 Girls Raiders arrived at Nottingham on Sunday, 18th May, for the EH SupraLeague National Finals. They were easily spotted in their bright yellow hoodies!
Their first game against Surbiton resulted in a 0-0 draw. The girls dominated the chances but just could not get the goal that the pressure deserved. But a well-deserved one point on the board.
The girls scored a dramatic last-minute equaliser to take another point against Beeston. 1-1 at the whistle. Reading up next... Unfortunately, the girls could not find an equaliser to get a point against Reading, and the final score was 1-2.
The final game saw the girls face Morpeth in the 7/8th playoffs, and they came away with a fantastic 3-1 win to finish off a very successful season and 7th in the Country. Huge thanks to the coaches, manager, parents and of course the players
