The concept of the Junior Talent Centre is to allow all young aspiring hockey players to learn the game in an enjoyable and safe environment. The aims of the Academy are for young players to:
1. Have fun.
2. Develop their motor skills and coordination.
3. Develop their individual skills.
4. Develop as part of a team.
All Talent Centre players will need to abide by the Talent Centre Player and Parent Code of Conduct
As the players rise through the Club, and in particular at U16 and U18 level, the competition increases and the culture will reflect that of the Senior Club where the Club Code applies.
Please click on the link below for the Nuturing Future Champions document which goes into more depth on the aims of the JTC in developing and fostering our members in an inclusive environment, catering to players of all ages and skill levels, promoting participation and development with the individual players' needs at the forefront.
Full details of Teams and how the Junior Talent Centre and Junior Hockey works can be found on the About the Junior Talent Centre page.

If you want to get involved in the Junior Talent Centre or any aspect of the Club, we would love to have your support. Please contact the Club Administrator if you wish to get involved.
Many of our JTC players use their club hockey activity to count towards their DoE Awards. Please can we ensure that all players who wish to do this ask their coach prior to starting their activity that they are happy to sign them off. Coaches cannot be expected to do this at the end with no prior knowledge.
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
