U10 & U12 Christmas Fesitval

Sunday 19th December was a full on day of hockey for our U10 and U12 with CoBHC and Oldfield Park Junior School joining us. The fog never lifted but it did not stop some fantastic hockey. TBBHC Men’s 1st XI play a big part in the Wales v England Development Series

Team Bath Buccaneer Hockey Club Mens 1st team played a big part in the Wales v England Development series held at Millfield School on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th July. There was double delight for Team Bath Buccaneers Hockey Club during the inaugural Y1 Future Championships season winning both the men’s and women’s titles.

A thrilling men’s final saw Buccs hold off a determined challenge from University of Bristol to claim a 4-3 victory. With goals from Team Bath student Sam Mackenzie and England U16 Nags player Jack Webb from a short corner Buccs took the lead in the second half.  They continued to hold firm as Bristol University exerted pressure on the Buccs defence and scored to keep the match alive. Teams Confirmed For 2021/22 Vitality Women’s Hockey League And Men’s Hockey League

England Hockey have confirmed the make-up of the Vitality Women’s Hockey League and Men’s Hockey League (EHL) Premier Divisions, Division One and Conferences for the 2021/22 season. With the 2020/21 season declared null & void – and therefore no promotion and relegation within the EHL Divisions – the same 11 teams will compete in the Premier Divisions next season. Howard (Howie) Silcox

This week the club received the sad news that Howard (Howie) Silcox  died yesterday after long illness. Howard was a founder member of the club and the Fixture Sec in the early days.  At 86 Years old he was one of our elder long serving Vice Presidents.
