As part of our collaboration with Team Bath Buccaneers and our strengthened link for this upcoming 2015 season, The Team Bath Talent Development Programme would like to formally invite all Buccaneers parents to attend an up-coming informative presentation detailing the Team Bath Talent Development Programme; the research behind it and the benefits to your child. The Team Bath Talent Development Programme offers elite, young athletes the chance to gain expert Strength & Conditioning, Nutritional, Life Skill, and Athletic Development advice and training. Immediately following this presentation there will be an opportunity for you to view one of our Athletic Development sessions, enabling you to watch first-hand the training that the athletes undertake as part of the programme. The Team Bath Talent Development Programme is the leading Youth Athletic Development programme in the South-West. However, we understand there are many elite, young athletes not benefiting or unaware of the opportunity to train as an elite young athlete at Team Bath. Because of this, we are strengthening our support of The team Bath Buccaneers, as well as several other flourishing sports this coming season. With this in mind, we are holding evenings such as this to provide more information to parents and athletes. We are keen for parents to come and play an active part in developing your child’s athletics ability by attending our presentation and viewing a session. This evening will take place on Tuesday 29th September at The Sports Training Village, The University of Bath, at 6:30pm-7.00pm (presentation and Q&A) and 7:00pm-7:30pm (Athletic Development session viewing). We hope that on attending this evening it will enable you to gain a better understanding of what we deliver, the benefits to the athletes and how it works alongside to support their sport, whether this be one or a range of sports. If you would like to attend please email Hayley Deacon, Talent Development Coordinator at [email protected] If you are unable to attend, but are interested in finding out more, please email Hayley Deacon on the above email address, and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have, or provide you with further information.
