Overview

The Club is pleased to announce that there will be no increase in Membership rates for the 2017/18 season.

As part of our incentives for the new season, we have kept Special Offers for new Senior Members over the age of 22 years and players over 30 years old (male and female) coming 'Back to Hockey.' Additionally, students who pay a single instalment before 1 Nov still receive a 10% discount. Full details below.

A key new development is the introduction of new rates for Goalkeepers to reflect the additional cost of goalkeeping kit: Full Senior Membership for Goalkeepers will now be £276, Student Goalkeepers will pay £180 and U18 Membership Goalkeepers will pay £105.  Junior Academy Goalkeepers in the U14 through U18 age groups will receive a 50% discount on their membership fees (ie. £110 becomes £55). There are no discounts for Half Season membership for Goalkeepers.

We believe that our membership rates across all sections of the Club represent genuine value for money.

Registration and Payment

On 25 July each year, current members will receive an automated email asking them if they want to re-register for the new season.  You can either re-register or de-register by clicking a link.  If you re-register but wish to be in a different membership category to last season, please make sure you change your 'Preferred Membership Category' and contact your Membership Secretary, or you will be charged for the same category as last season.

Payment is taken either through a one off payment (for example for Junior Academy members) or 6 x monthly direct debit instalments.  These instalments will commence at the end of Oct and will be taken out at the end of each month until the end of Mar.  Members will receive a statement of balance due on the 15th of each month preceding the the date when the instalment is due ie. 15 Oct for payment at the end of Oct.

Student members are encouraged to pay their fee in one instalment up front at the start of the season attracting a 10% discount if you pay by 31 Oct (this will be refunded to you after you have paid in full).  If you still wish to pay by 6 x Direct Debit instalments you can do so as above but you will not receive a discount.

Full details about how to pay are here: How to Pay.  You must set up your payment instructions before by 31 Oct or you will be charged a higher fee and / or be barred from playing.

You can review your payments in your 'My Account' section here: My Account.  Here you can see over a 12 month period what you have paid and what you still owe.  This will help greatly you and us to identify whether you are in date for your membership payment(s).
